It is with deep sadness to announce the sudden passing of Alan  Granville Stubert of Edmonton, Alberta, formerly of Viking, Alberta on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at the age of 63 years. Alan had courageously battled Diabetes and Parkinsons for many years.Allan leaves to mourn his life partner Bunny, his mom Margaret, and his son Jeffrey.He also leaves to mourn his siblings: Louise, Marlie, Maralin (Joe), and Heather.Alan also has 2 nephews, 2 nieces, 1 great niece, and 2 grandchildren. All will miss him dearly. He was predeceased by his father, Albert Stubert, and we know Alan was welcomed with open and loving arms.

A Graveside Service will be held at the Golden Valley Lutheran,Viking, AlbertaOn Saturday, October 24, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Alvin Sorenson officiating. In respecting Alberta Health Regulations there will be a set number for the service. There is no registering online. Upon arrival you will be registered. For those attending even though, it is an outside service, in respect to family and friends wearing a mask is REQUIRED
