It is with great sadness that the family of Duella Ann Klein/Starzko/Malley of Viking Alberta announce her passing on August 6, 2026 at 86 years of age at Viking Hospital.

She was born June 26, 1940 in Carmangay Alberta. She was raised in Viking and spent her life there.

She was a well known fixture working at the Elite Restaurant and then at the Viking Hotel for several years.

She will be sadly missed by Deb (Rob) Sayna &family; Ken (Colleen) Starzko & family; Gary Starzko (Michelle) & family; Sherilyn Starzko (Kasey)& family; Greg Starzko (Angie) and family; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by husband John Starzko, husband James Malley, daughters Joan Michelle and Lorrie Jean, son Merlin John, and granddaughter Janine Annette Olenik.

Funeral services to be held August 21, 2026 at 12:00 pm at Golden Valley Lutheran Church. Live streaming will be available.

Interment will be held at Bruce Cemetery with lunch served afterwards at Golden Valley Lutheran Church.
