Edwin Majeski was born September 7, 1940 in Dinant, Alberta. He was one of 13 children born to August and Olga Majeski. He attended school in Dinant until high school, then completed his schooling in Camrose. He worked as a telegrapher for the Canadian National Railway in Cold Lake, where he met Arlene Britton. They were married on October 1, 1960.   They lived in a variety of locations, until they finally settled in Viking, AB in 1978. Ed enjoyed working with his cattle and selling farm equipment. But his favourite past time was watching his grandkids sports and visiting with his great grand children.

Ed is survived by his wife Arlene, children Brad (Dawn) and Janeen (Gary) and grand children Tyrel (Kaitlyn), Braedon (Tyler), Bailey (Travis), Keaton (Savannah), Marshall (Jessica), as well as 5 great grand children Emerson, Paisley, Kallen, Carson and Scottie.

A funeral service will be held at a later date.
