Ida Iona Rivers (Kjelland): as the snow began to fall on November 23, Iona knew it was time to leave this world and peacefully moved on to the next one at the age of 83. She is
survived by her loving husband of 60 years, George, sisters Helga and Gladys, numerous nieces , nephews and friends of all ages. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, November 30, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at the Golden Valley Lutheran Church, Viking, Alberta with Pastor Alvin Sorenson officiating. Interment to follow at the Golden Valley Lutheran Cemetery, Viking, Alberta. Donations will be gratefully accepted to the Golden Valley Lutheran Cemetery Fund or a charity on one's choice.
