Jim passed away peacefully at Viking Extendicare, Feb 17, 2016 at the age of 86. He will be dearly missed and remembered by his children Anne, Louise (Allan Child), Ken (Kim), Marilyn (Paul Kroetch) and Bob (Peggy) as well as his 12 grandchildren and 9 great-granddaughters, extended family, and numerous neighbours and friends. A mass will be held on Wed, Feb 24 at 11:00 a.m. at the Holy Heart of Mary, Roman Catholic Church, Viking, Alberta. Donations may be made to the Battle River Community Foundation (Prague Cemetery) or the charity of one's choice
