It is with great sadness that the family of Joan Males announce her passing on April 27 ^th , 2020 at Viking, Alberta at the age of 86 years. Joan will be embraced in the arms of her husband.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters: Susan (George), Kim (Dave), Janis (Jamie), and her son Ian (Christine). Her 12 grandchildren: Shannon (Glen), Michelle (Shawn), Heide (Lee), Candice, Phillip, Samantha (Paul), Madelaine, Darran, Daryl (Tasha), Hollie (Erik), Kelvin and Clayton. Many great grandchildren. She is also survived Beryl, and nephews, Paul (Dawn) and Adrian.

Joan was predeceased by her husband George, her parents and her brother-in-law.

In keeping with Joan's wishes, there will be no formal service.

Donations in memory of Joan may be made to STARS. Joan was very much a supporter of STARS and was honoured to do what she could for the organization.
