Lenora Anne Piwowar, born April 10, 1964, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on March 21, 2017 in Viking, Alberta at the age of 52 years old.
Lenora was born in Viking, Alberta and spent her life in the Viking area doing what she loved; living life on the farm. She enjoyed riding her horses and spending time with friends, family and her animals. Gardening and seasonal farm work are also some of the many things she looked forward to each year.
She is survived by her Husband Dwayne Piwowar, Son Justin Piwowar, Daughter Ashley Piwowar, Mother Harriet Newby (Lancaster), Grandmother Violet Lancaster (Pyke) Sisters Linda (Kent) Swanson, Marcy Newby, Violet McKibbin (Newby), and brother, Lawrence (Mary Ann) Newby, along with numerous other family.
Lenora was predeceased by her father, James Newby.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Viking Community Hall (5021-54Ave), Viking, Alberta on Saturday March 25, 2017 at 11:00am, with Pastor Alvin Sorenson officiating. Inurnment at lake Olivia Cemetery east of Viking. Donations may be made to Lake Olivia Cemetery.
