We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Madeline on Dec 31st, 2025 at the Viking Extendicare.

Madeline is survived by Sons Darrel, Malcolm (Michelle), Del (Tammy). Sisters Marilyn (Leo), and Elaine and many Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, families and friends, Sister-in-Law Rosie (Abe). Madeline is predeceased by her Husband Joe, Son Wayne, Parents Beatrice and Alphe Levesque and Sister Loreen.

Madeline was born in Glentworth Saskatchewan and married Joe on December 10th, 1952. Joe and Madeline moved to Viking in 1962.

Madeline enjoyed working on their farm and also at the Viking School for 26 years as a custodian. She loved music, her cat "Baby", her bird feeders, Hummingbirds, Deer and her flowers. She always enjoyed her visits with family and friends.

Funeral Service will be held at the Viking Seniors Centre, Viking, Alberta on Jan. 9th, 2026 at 2:00pm. Inurnment at the Viking Cemetery.

In Lieu of Flowers, Donations can be made to the Viking Health Foundation in the memory of Madeline.
