The Family of Marlene Thirsk of Viking, Alberta are devastated to announce the passing of their mother on Saturday, April 24, 2021 at the Viking Health Centre, Viking, Alberta at the age of 68 years.  Marlene is survived by her loving family: Daughters, Tracy (Greg) Beaumont and Tami (Cory) Haeberle, and Son Dallas (Lacey) Thirsk all of Viking, Alberta.  Her most treasured grandchildren: Brandon (Dana) Beaumont, Koree Beaumont, Jillian (Cauy) Beaumont, Josh (Baylee) Haeberle, Logan Haeberle, and Bailey (Jason) Haeberle.  Her sister Judy (Floyd) Woodward and brother Eldon (Mary) McClennon of Wainwright, Alberta and her brother-in-law's Rod Thirsk and Calvin (Patricia) Thirsk and sister-in-law Geraldine (Norm) Sardoff.  She is also survived by  numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.

Marlene was predeceased by her husband Wayne Thirsk, her parents Frank and Doris McClennon, her nephew Kevin Woodward and great nephew Tyler Woodward.

No formal service will be conducted at this time.
