MELVIN LUND


June 7, 1947 - March 25, 2017


Melvin Chester Lund passed away peacefully with family by his side on Saturday March 25, 2017 at the age of 69.

Mel is survived by his four children...Wanda, Heidi, Michelle and Micheal, his sisters Merle (Robert) Taylor, Wilda Lindsey, Ethel (Ron)Elder
brothers Dudley (Jennifer) Lund and Merritt (Lori) Lund, numerous nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many, many friends.

Mel moved back to the Viking area from Oregon approximately 30 years ago and was employed at the Esso Service Station making many
friends. As his health deteriorated he moved to Heritage House Assisted Living in Vegreville and then to the Extendicare until his final trip to Viking Health Center

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 31, 2017 @ 2:00 pm at Viking Alliance Church, Viking Alberta

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to S.T.A.R.S. Air Ambulance
