Ralph Joseph Froehler, beloved husband of 50 years, father, and grandfather, passed away on July 21, 2017, at the age of 77 years.
Ralph was born and raised on the family farm near Heisler, Alberta, with parents George and Irene, along with his 7 siblings. Ralph married Patricia Kruchten on November 26, 1966. They soon moved to farm in the Viking area where they raised their 6 children. Ralph enjoyed spending time with his family and neighbours, and was very proud of his 8 grandchildren. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, and camper.
Ralph will be lovingly remembered by his wife Patricia; children Barbara, George, Joseph (Kim), David (Lana), Sarah (Steven), Andrew (Chandra); eight grandchildren; 2 brothers Robert (Peggy) and Allan (Sally) and 3 sisters Edna (Wally), Muriel (Albert), and Mary.
Ralph was predeceased by his parents George and Irene; 2 sisters Florence and Blanche, and brothers-in-law Art, Tom, and Ernie.
A Vigil will be held, Monday, July 24, 2017 at 7:00 P.M. at the Holy Heart of Mary, Roman Catholic Church, Viking, Alberta.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at the Holy Heart of Mary Roman Catholic Church with Reverend Father Larry Pederson as the Celebrant.
Memorial donations in memory of Ralph may be made as a mass offering or to a charity of one's choice.
After mass, please join the family for a time of fellowship in the church hall.
Committal will take place after the memorial luncheon, at St. Martin Catholic Church Cemetery in Heisler, Alberta.
