Thomas (Tom) Anthony Newby of Viking was born October 6,1925 and passed away peacefully at home May 13, 2015. He leaves to mourn his wife Elaine, son Mark and Kari (Fox) and grandchildren Robert and Karali of Killam and son Dale and partner Barry Woodroff of Edmonton. He is also survived by his sisters Mildred (Everette Greenwood), Margaret (Sonny Greenwood) and sister in-law Harriet Newby as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Tom was predeceased by his parents Bernard and Annie Newby and 2 brothers Lawrence and Jim.
A funeral service will be held at Viking United Church at 1pm, Saturday. May 16th, 2015. Donations in memory of Tom may be made to Bethania Lutheran Cemetery or the Alzheimer's Society.
