Violet Margaret Lancaster's Obituary
Violet Margaret Lancaster passed away on April 3rd, 2023 at the age of 102.
Violet was born April 3rd 1921 in Viking, Alberta and spent her life in the Kinsella and Viking area. Her and her husband Gordon farmed south of Kinsella until Gordon's passing in 1982 at which time Violet sold the farm and moved into Viking where she spent her retirement years. She was predeceased by her husband Gordon, her daughter Harriet, grand daughter Lenora, son-in-laws Jim and Ron as well as her three siblings Wilfred, Doreen, and Alice. She is survived by her daughters Loraine, Marg(Glen), Linda (Arnie), Gwen (Dale), and son George as well as 10 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren.
A Funeral Service will be held at the Kinsella Community Hall, Kinsella, Alberta on Saturday, April 8, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. with Pastor Ron Chetney officiating. Interment will take place at the God's Acre Cemetery, Kinsella, Alberta.
